If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.
Return Window We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Conditions for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
l The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
l The item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
l You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at support@kickgems.store. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs Please note that customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right at no additional cost to you.
Refund Process We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. We will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
