Request return approval within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, complete and in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Non-defective return shipping is paid by the customer; original shipping is deducted from refunds. Read the return and refund policy ↗
12-month limited warranty
Grinders are covered for 12 months from delivery against material and workmanship defects relative to their specifications. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
For purchases here, contact Kickgems with your invoice or proof of purchase and clear photographs or video of the defect. A covered claim may be resolved by repair or replacement with the same or a similar model. An identical limited-edition replacement is not guaranteed.
Exclusions
Separately purchased accessories, misuse, incorrect installation, unauthorised repairs, neglect, accidents, fire or water damage, normal wear, regional-use incompatibility and altered serial numbers are excluded. Claim shipping and consequential losses are not covered.
Delivery issues
Report incorrect items or colours within 7 days, including a photo of the item and a tracking number written on paper. If tracking says delivered but the parcel is missing, contact us immediately and within 3 months; the brand states courier records become unavailable after that period.

The external stainless steel adjustment ring provides 120 steps across two rotations. Clear clicks let you return to a setting and make small changes as your beans or brewing recipe change.
