12-month limited warranty
Grinders are covered for 12 months from delivery against material and workmanship defects relative to their specifications. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
For purchases here, contact Kickgems with your invoice or proof of purchase and clear photographs or video of the defect. A covered claim may be resolved by repair or replacement with the same or a similar model. An identical limited-edition replacement is not guaranteed.
Exclusions
Separately purchased accessories, misuse, incorrect installation, unauthorised repairs, neglect, accidents, fire or water damage, normal wear, regional-use incompatibility and altered serial numbers are excluded. Claim shipping and consequential losses are not covered.
Delivery issues
Report incorrect items or colours within 7 days, including a photo of the item and a tracking number written on paper. If tracking says delivered but the parcel is missing, contact us immediately and within 3 months; the brand states courier records become unavailable after that period.

Feel the gears.
Ease into the grind.
Turn the crank and the planetary reduction mechanism transfers motion to the burrs with increased torque. The exposed assembly lets you see the mechanics at work.
SOU SIK describes the reduction as using about one-third of the usual force. The drive is paired with a 36 mm inner burr and a matched outer burr ring: gearing and cutting geometry work together, rather than treating easier turning as the only goal.
